Matt was great. He listened to what I was saying during our initial visit which led to my future purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it and he was patient enough to not be pushy and j our initial visit which led to my future purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it and he was patient enough to not be pushy and just wait for my lead. When it came time for me to purchase, he exceeded my expectations by getting my Veloster brought to Wichita from another dealership sooner than I ever expected. When my family and I got there(which was near closing... on a Friday... during the KU game) he had everything set up to make the purchase practically effortless on our part. The car is great! From the minute I walked into the door, my experience was amazing! I have always had a Honda Accord, and the switch to my Sonata has been great! I love it! The experience I had with Eric Smith and Scholfield Hyundai West makes it hard to rate this at anything other than great. Eric Smith goes above and beyond for his customers, to make sure that they are Hyundai West makes it hard to rate this at anything other than great. Eric Smith goes above and beyond for his customers, to make sure that they are happy in the decision they make, and not just making a sell. He is very understanding and a pleasure to work with. He has even followed up with me on how my new car is doing and I appreciate that in a salesman. I will definitely recommend him and Scholfield Hyundai West to any of my family and friends. More
