My initial experience with Scholfield Hyundai was not for what I hoped once I encountered minor problems that can occur with any pre-owned vehicle. However, I was able to communicate my troubles with managem what I hoped once I encountered minor problems that can occur with any pre-owned vehicle. However, I was able to communicate my troubles with management. and when all was said and done, Scholfield ensured that I'd be a happy customer, which completely turned my experience around. It's refreshing to know that they were willing to spend the extra effort and stand by their vehicles, which is a great quality for a car dealership to have. Thanks Scholfield Hyundai! More
We had visited another dealership and felt as if we being chased down as soon as we entered the lot. They were very high pressure! Not so at your dealership!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a chased down as soon as we entered the lot. They were very high pressure! Not so at your dealership!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a great test drive with Bill Stout and enjoyed his company almost as much as we enjoyed the car. He made us feel at ease and never pressured us into buying. He let the car sell itself. Kurt Bull made financing the car an easy experience and got us the best deal he could find. They both stayed until well after closing to make sure everything was in place and we were able to take the car home that evening. Thanks, guys! What a wonderful car buying expeience! Oh, by the way, we love the car!!! More

Contacted dealership inquiring and Heather answered the phone. Heather was very enthusiastic, professional, personable, and informative. Heather did not exagerate the performance of the vehicle we wanted t phone. Heather was very enthusiastic, professional, personable, and informative. Heather did not exagerate the performance of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Everything Heather stated performed as explained. There was no pressure applied for the sale. The car we wanted was not at the location so we were told we would have to wait a week for it to arrive. The car arrived 3 days later. My wife and I are very pleased with Heather and Schofield Hyundai. So far we would deffinetly recommend Schofield Hyundai and Heather. All that remains to satisfy my experience lies with the car itself and it's reliability. More

This dealership is a complete joke. Provided is a transcript of a complaint I have filed with the BBB that they have not answered: I purchased a pre-owned 2005 Acura RSX on January 29th of 2012. T transcript of a complaint I have filed with the BBB that they have not answered: I purchased a pre-owned 2005 Acura RSX on January 29th of 2012. The Salesman named Eric Smith explained everything about the car was new. I trusted him that the vehicle was in top condition. Immediately I noticed horrible sounds coming from the front end of the vehicle as well as a physical 'jerking' of the brake pedal. This alarmed me and was not at all normal or safe. I immediately called the dealership explaining my concern with regarding my brakes. The service manager welcomed me to bring the car by. His name is Coy Schwager and was very helpful with assisting my needs. He explained to me that the brakes were defective. He explained that the front brake pads were worn so low that the front rotors have been grinding from the metal contact where the pad should be. He assured me that he would repair them free of charge and did so. When I asked why I was sold the car the way it was, he stated ''I'm unsure why that it. Our vehicles are supposed to be thoroughly inspected before put on the lot, and this was clearly overlooked. You should not have been sold this car the way it is.'' I left completely uncomfortable with the purchase I had made. I began to notice other things wrong with the vehicle. I tried my best to overlook these things so I can no longer have anxiety about what else could be wrong. Two more weeks past and while driving I began to hear more sounds. I discovered front driver splash shield torn off and shredded to pieces. While investigating this now shredded part and hanging on the pavement I noticed large chunks missing, uneven tread wear and excessive dry rot cracking on the tires. I thought to myself how the salesman stated everything was new on the vehicle, and I assumed the tires should not be a worry. I regretted trusting Eric Smith. I spoke with the general manager Trey Cusick, who explained to me that he didn't pay concern to the condition of his used vehicles, it was up to the customer to replace things when needed. He said ''we do it all the time.'' I asked him if he was okay with selling a car with defective parts and that needed new tires, and he said ''Yes.'' I eventually met with Trey, and the meeting ended with no resolution. I left his office stating ''Thanks for nothing'' along with a few choice words. Trey then proceeds to get up from his chair and follow aggressively as I am on my way to leave. Shouting ''Hey, get back here!,'' Trey then confronts me with no purpose other than to humiliate and provoke me. He stated while I was leaving ''I was going to help you out, but now I'm not'' My meeting with Trey Cusick was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with someone holding a management position. I left Scholfield Hyundai West. I decide to express my concerns to the owner. I was told the owner is Scott Hatchett. I tried contacting Scott by phone leaving messages multiple times. Scott Hatchett failed to ever contact me by phone. I sent him an email explaining everything that happened to get the following reply Respectfully, Based on this email I'm not certain what you are even asking for. You brought your vehicle in for the brakes to be looked at and we replaced them. I understand that you where disappointed that they were not new pads when you bought the vehicle, but you have new pads now. As for you being sold a faulty vehicle I do not believe this to be true. We did an inspection on the car and it appears to me to be in good mechanical condition for 83,000 miles. If you so choose to file a complaint with the BBB feel free to do so. It is my understanding from Trey and many witnesses that you where very rude and could not find it within yourself to have a conversation without cursing profusely. If it would have been me you talked to that way I would have thrown you out of my dealership. As far as I am concerned we are done dealing with you if that is the way in which you conduct yourself. (end email) I like how everyone at this dealership is a "Cusick" as well. They are mean, unethical, and untrustworthy. They will probably laugh when they see this knowing they took my honest money and have profited substantially at my expense. It's an experience like this that really makes me doubt society these days, and the turn for the worst people seem to be making. Thanks Scholfield Hyundai West More
Pete was very friendly and informative in his dealings with me and my wife. He went out of his way to arrange our visits and explained any concerns. I bought an Elantra GT in 2002 and LOVED it. In July 2011, I wanted to upgrade to a new Sonata Turbo. I was very specific in my requirements and needs. I told Pete what I wanted and he went looking for 2011, I wanted to upgrade to a new Sonata Turbo. I was very specific in my requirements and needs. I told Pete what I wanted and he went looking for it. He spent about 3 weeks looking and searching until he found the exact vehicle we wanted. He was courteous throughout the process and kept us up-to-date on the progress of the deal every few days. I appreciated that very much. I am an out-of-state buyer so Pete had to learn about all the requirements for both states involved and he did a terrific job with both the sale and the financing aspects of the process. He also checked up on us weekly for about a month to make sure that everything was in order with both the vehicle and the financing (including taxes and licensing in my state). Pete made the entire process rather seamless and that was something we appreciated tremendously. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Pete again. More
