This was the first time that the lady of the house was willing to talk cars because of Heather's willingness to work with us and get the added little things. It took my wife six weeks from various car agencies to make a decession on a vehicle that she liked and Heather wrapped her up and was will to just have an old visit about our needs in a car and what she had to satify our wants. With growing grandchildren we need more room in the back seat than what we had in the car that we owned at that time. Heather allowed us to view the two SUV's models that Hyundai had to offer and she pointed out the differences in both of the models and my wife was stuck on the Santa Fe. Then my wife had to make the dission of which of the three models that the Santa Fe had to offer. There again Heather was able to point out the various additions that each model had as compared to the others. With Heather's advise my wife was able pick out the exact one she wanted. If a woman needs a pleaseant buying experience we would highly recomend selecting Heather as their Sales Professional. More
