My car experience with them was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be. Two weeks before buying my new car I was in an accident that totaled my car. The other person was at fault and rear ended me on the highway. I was having no luck any where but this dealership. Already having to deal with insurances and a new job, I couldn't imagine not having their help. Ever since the first day I went to the car lot they were so helpful and determined to find me a car within my budget. The first day I went to the car lot there was only two cars, and Jimmy said he would keep his eye out since they have cars come through all the time. He called me the next day about a car but it was a little above what I wanted to pay so he kept searching. Called me a couple days later about a 2012 hyundai accent and I came the same day and fell in love with it. Put down a deposit to hold the car that night. My dad had to help me finance but while we were waiting to see if we got approved I had another person call me to see how it was going. They really care about how you're taken care of and make sure to meet your needs. While doing the financing part the guy was hilarious and made it not seem so stressful. They explain everything so crystal clear, and are very helpful. Jimmy even helped me set up my bluetooth in my car to my phone, and showed me a lot of the cars features. Overall, their customer service is outstanding and I would highly recommend hatchett hyundai west to everyone! More
