The first vehicle I purchased was in 2009; a new 2008 Santa Fe GLS. Pete Williams did my finance paperwork back then and took care of any questions I had during and after the sale. I went back in 2010 to purchased a used 2006 Sonata for my daughter. Because the 2006 Sonata was not being used, I brought it in to sell back, at that time I was told about the incentives available to purchase a 2012. Pete Williams emailed me pictures of the 2012 Santa Fe and a calculation of payment options. There was never any pressure to trade/purchase anything. He was upfront with the price of what I would receive for my 2008 trade-in and the price of the 2012 purchase. Kurt Bull did the finance paperwork and explained all of the different types of warranties available and when I asked him to do a cost analysis of the warranties, he did so without questioning it. Scholfield Hyundai West is the best place to purchase a new or used vehicle. On every occassion, I have always been treated with respect and appreciation. I have never felt like I was a second-class citzen by being asked if my husband was on the lot. More

My only complaint is that it took to long for the car to be delivered. 2 1/2 hours is just to long. I understand that they want to go over all the features on you new vehicle but they need to figure out how be delivered. 2 1/2 hours is just to long. After a long, 105 degree day of walking lot after lot for the car I wanted, I had just about given up my search. When we got to Scholfield Hyundai West, Pete came out to greet us and asked what we were look the car I wanted, I had just about given up my search. When we got to Scholfield Hyundai West, Pete came out to greet us and asked what we were looking for and told us that they had the car I wanted and it was inside. He ran some numbers for me and didn't hassle me when I told him that I wanted to keep looking at my options. Before we left, he thanked us for coming in and said he would really appreciate my business. I had another car in mind to look at and went to that dealer next. I had a terrible experience with that other dealer. He wouldn't accept "no" as an answer and kept me in his office an hour after I told him I needed to think about it and was ready to leave. After that experience, all I wanted to do was go back to Scholfield and make a deal. The following Monday, Pete left me a voicemail saying they got another car in I might be interested in. I emailed him to let him know I would be in after work. He was always available to answer any questions I had. I was 100% content making a deal with Scholfield Hyundai West. After deciding on a price and waiting to speak with Jeremy, Pete showed me as much as he could about the car and made sure I didn't have any other questions. While signing paperwork, Jeremy was just as informative and made sure I understood the process and didn't have any questions. I left with my car that night and knew I made the right choice. The next day I ran into some problems with my insurance and emailed Pete with questions. Not only did he answer my questions, but he gave me options for everything I was trying to do and told me to let him know if I needed any further help. When I started my car search, I was not excited about it at all. It was a chore that I was dreading and I really didn't want to have to talk to any dealers. Scholfield Hyundai West made it a great experience for me and I will tell everyone I know that's looking for a car to go there! More

I was in need of a used car, spent a few days looking around at various dealers in the Wichita area. It was my last stop taht day considering it was the furthest from my house, but I am very happy I came because that is the car I ended up buying. Eric made it easy and hassle free, no stresses, gave me all the options up front told me what he could do for me and actually made buying a car an enjoyable experience rather than one that made me what to pull all of my hair out. I have now had my car a little over and month and still would not trade it or my ecperience for anything. Not only was Eric helpful during the buying process, but he has helped me several other times with fixing my flat tire, and a few bulbs that were out. The guys at Scholfield WEst (Eric, Kurt, and Spencer) have honestly made this the best car buying experience of mine to date. I will be returning there first when it is time to shop for my next car. And I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a car. More
