My daughter & I were visting WSU on a college visit, on the way to Wichita Brittney was viewing the Sonta's that were for sale on the website. Eric from the start was inerested in what we were looking for not what he would like to sell us. It was never personal with him even though he shared valuable information about his vehicle which was similar for not what he would like to sell us. He never once was overly agressive in trying to pursade us to get a certain make or model other than the one we were looking at, he not once try to tell us what we needed he always allowed us to tell him what we wanted, including the license plate frame for our tag. Once we chose a potential vehicle we spoke with Chris Hott who once again let us decide what was best for us by showing us an unlimited amount of payement options and terms. Once we made our decision Pat was nothing but a pleasure to go through the financing with, never really had that much fun getting a loan before he made it seem natural without fear. Each person dealt with us on a one to one bases which I think helps elimiate pressure, you don't have 2 or 3 people trying to sell, finance and deliver your car all at the same time.
