I was looking for a used car for my son and happened to stop in to the west dealership looking for a different car that I had seen online. That car was already sold but they had just gotten in a 2004 Sant stop in to the west dealership looking for a different car that I had seen online. That car was already sold but they had just gotten in a 2004 Santa Fe. I had bought a new Santa Fe a few months before and I know the quality of Hyundai vehicles. We test drove it and liked it, took it back so we could think it over. The snow started falling the next day and we couldn't get out of the driveway but Eric kept us in mind and kept in touch. Once the snow melted, I wanted to test drive it one more time so he brought it to the house before I got off work so it would be there when I got home. Needless to say, I wanted to buy the car but I have always dreaded sitting in the office going back and forth over the price. With Eric, there was no pressure and I felt comfortable the whole time! I feel like I a got a very good deal on the car and working with the finance guy was great too! I've never felt so at ease buying a used car in my life! I would definitely recommend working with anyone at Hyundai west, but I have to say Eric went above and beyond! More

My parents purchased a pre-owned 2007 Sonata back in late 2007 and were happy with their purchase. In 2011, they purchased a new 2011 Santa Fe. As their daughter, I've been able to drive both Hyundai's onc 2007 and were happy with their purchase. In 2011, they purchased a new 2011 Santa Fe. I fell in love with my mom's Santa Fe though and months before I made my own purchase, I knew one day I was going to get my own Santa Fe. A recent occurrence of 2 blizzards within a week, I couldn't drive myself to my job, where I am vital, in my 2004 PT Cruiser. The PT Cruiser was great for me, but with raising a 15 month-old daughter on my own, my job, and my own stubborn independence streak, it was time for me to make the switch to something different. John contacted me after I inquired more about the 2013 Santa Fe's available online and posted videos on YouTube for me to view since I live about 40 miles away from the dealership. After I applied for financing online a couple of days later, John again contacted me and helped me narrow my choice down to a single Santa Fe that suited my needs and wants. John was also fabulous because I only had to make one trip to the dealership, which ended in me driving away in my 2013 Santa Fe. I didn't believe I would get much trade-in value from the PT Cruiser based on my research on Kelly Blue Book, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the value after taking a test drive. Pat was also excellent and explained that my credit score was decent and how to make it even better after leasing the Santa Fe so in the future I can take out a mortgage for a house. You better believe I will not be taking my Santa Fe to Walmart, Jiffy Lube, or any other place for an oil change or any service. It will most definitely be worth the trip out of town to have my new ride taken care of by an amazing dealership with a quality service department. I'm proud to have become a 2nd generation Hyundai owner and I plan to stay loyal to not only the brand, but the dealership I purchase from. More

I arrived at the dealership around 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. We were able to leisurely look around at vehicles and when we were ready to test drive Matt was right there to help us. We were very glad we stopped by and met Ray Sears. He was a big help and very patient with us as we looked at the vehicles. We settled on a Ford Edge and are very happy with it.
