We were looking to purchase a second car for our family and looked at several dealerships in our local area. We were greeted by Matt Watson who did not chase us through the parking lot asking the same questions over and over again, “do you have a trade, what payment would you like etc”. He listen to what we wanted and was very helpful in showing us what we wanted. The reason we give this dealership high ratings is not just for the care the entire dealership gave us and the friendliness of everyone but mainly because to our Salesman Matt Watson. I have walked away from several dealers because of incompetent salesman but Tom Watson is the reason we bought a car from Scholfield Hyundai and would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

Eric was quick to respond to my inquiry about the 2001 Sequoia. When I arrived later in the day to look at the vehicle he had it ready and waiting for me, got me on the road quickly for a test drive, all Sequoia. He brought out a tape measure to help me measure just to make sure. I also worked with Spencer and enjoyed talking about hunting which was a mutual interest. Once I was ready for the finance departement Kurt was ready to go and had found me the best rate, was very personable, and thorough. This was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own. I was very apprehensive about the process coming in. John made me feel comfortable from the start. We never owned or driven a Hyundai before. John Olson was great; he accompanied my wife and I on test drives of the Elantra and Sonata and was able to explain the operation and befefits of both cars. After driving both cars, my wife liked the feel and ride of the Sonata, which we ultimately purchased. The whole purchasing process was a great experience with no pressure. Pat handled the business part of the transaction and explained everything regarding the sale, warranty, etc. When we picked up the car, it was flawlwssly detailed and John connected our smart phones to the bluetooth system and was with us until we drove off. I look forward to the service department providing the same level of service as the sales and business departments. More
