I came in looking for a specific car and color and even though there was not one on the lot, John Olson was able to find one in Iowa. He was able to get this car back to Wichita within a couple of days and though there was not one on the lot, John Olson was able to find one in Iowa. He was able to get this car back to Wichita within a couple of days and kept me up to speed during the short wait. There was no sales pressure at any time and the whole process was painless and handled professionally. John started the process and Pat Allen finished it and they both made me feel me comfortable right from the start by making the experience more personal instead of just a business transaction. When we first went to buy a car we were working with Pete. My husband felt that he was not being dealt with honestly and that we were being lied to just so he could sell the car.
