This was the BEST car buying experience I've had in over 40 years of car buying. John O helped me in every way that I asked, which included asking to get the purchase paperwork done quickly. I had worked with Matt before and went back to him for his knowlege of the car and he was very friendly. I had looked at the Elantra in the past and liked the way it drove, cost and warranty was the bigg his knowlege of the car and he was very friendly. Had an excellent buying experience of the Hyundai and experienced a buying cost less than I had expected. There was a problem with my purchase but this was my fault, not Schol0field's. I failed to realize I was getting nitro tires instead of regular tires. On reflection I recall there was a nitro tires charge of $49 or so on my billing, I should have asked about it but did not, even though I did not know what a nitro tire was. I was very pleased with the salesman, John Olson, he was very patient with my often repeated questions and a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend your dealership, and John Olson, to others who might consider Hyundai purchase. More

I came to Scholfield Hyundai West for two reasons--John Olson and Mark in the Service Department. This is our third Hyundai, and John sold us all three. He is unbelievably patient, well informed, honest, thorough and considerate of every detail. All of the sales staff are friendly, nice people who greet you when you arrive and remember you when you come back. John is never pushy nor aggressive, but he's always ready to help and always willing to take the time to be sure his customers are satisfied. Mark is a phenomenon like no other; I have never been to a friendlier, more efficient, more helpful service department. These two have me convinced that there is no other car to consider other than Hyundai and no other car dealer than Schofield Hyundai West. More

Unfortunately the cars that get the mpg that we were looking for, couldn't equal the factory warranty that Hyundai offers as standard. When we met our sales rep Pete Williams for the first time, we did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle that day. We were allowed to test drive and discuss our needs and wants. Over several weeks Pete and I were in contact as we looked at and compared the Altima, Mazda 6 and the Ford Fusion before we decided on the Sonata SE. Pete made our new car buying experience a good one. More

They did not have exactly what we wanted at the west store so he found one for us at the east store. He drove over and got it. He did not pressure us in any way but was there with the answers when we needed them. The main thing is he listened to us and made sure we got it in our new vehicle. The big thing that brought us back to the dealership was the quality and service department. More
