Buy anywhere else!!! I purchased a 2007 Denali on April 30th, it left me stranded 2 days later on the 2nd of May. I called to talk to a sales manager seeing as how I had I purchased a 2007 Denali on April 30th, it left me stranded 2 days later on the 2nd of May. I called to talk to a sales manager seeing as how I had only had the vehicle for less then 48hrs. I spoke with Jimmy who told me they would look at but I had negotiated to good of a deal for them to be able to do much for me. I had to go recover the vehicle on my own, and I set an appointment for the service department to look at it. They were supposed to trouble shoot the crank but no start issue, fix the leaking sunroof and repair the hail damage. I dropped the Denali off on the 6th. The only communication I got from the service writer was when I called repeatedly and left messages, they called me back and said it was done (with an unable to duplicate the no start condition) on Thursday the 7th and ready for me to pick up. I asked if they had fixed the hail damage. The service guys knew nothing about this. I called sales and they said it was taken care of, so I didn't get my car back till Saturday the 9th. On the way home from picking it up I noticed water dripping in from the front passenger side and the rear passenger side (rear was new). So I called my sales proffesional to relay this problem to him, he would not return my calls or texts, I also tried to get a hold of Jimmy agian and he ignored me as well. I finally called and asked to speak to the dealerships GM, I spoke with Jason Hess who told me that it would be taken care of. Service called on Monday the 11th and I took it back on the 12th. Now they have had it for a leaking sunroof for 3 additional days and have notified me that they must replace a part that could take 7-10 business days to get. This means that to day May 14, 2015 Scholfield has had my car for 7 out of 14 days that I have owned it and depending on when this part arrives they could have it for 21 out of 28 days....this is by far the worst vehilce buying experience of my life and would recommend you buy somewhere else. More
