We went to another dealership which was extremely high pressure not wanting us to leave until we signed on the dotted line. We left there and headed straight back to Schofield Buick GMC. Ed greeted us with a friendly smile and a handshake. We quickly came to an agreement and we purchased a beautiful GMC Acadia. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. As I went on line looking for theses amazing deals I seen your dealership offering a 25 % off the MSRP I was hmm good deal then I went to the trade in pricing as I filled it out and it stated that my trade in was 19k I was nope can’t do it I need at least 25k because I was upside down 10K so I said no way and then my phone rang and it was Sales department supervisor and they asked if I would like to come in and they have two trucks left and I said no because the online trade-in calculator said 19k for my car and I can’t do that and why waste your time and they replied that sight is not accurate it would be allot higher I said it has to be 23-25 K and they said that’s not a problem I said so your telling me I would get 23-25 K and they said yes just come in and bring your trade so I called my wife to get ready as she was feeding the kids and they have a great deal for us.. So when I went there they looked at my car then said 16 k I said no they told me it would be around 23-25 K he said they made a mistake and they can’t deem the cost. So I am sorry……… Sorry I was lied too just to get me in the store also my wife was pulled from what she was doing…I was told to hurry before I would lose the deal ….. Then sat there for 1hour for what….. Also what is sad I am a disabled Veteran fought in the Gulf war and treated this way so sad…and one more this is sad went to this sight and you can see everyone's email to contact except the Gen Manager ok what does that tell you......... More

Great Dealership Sales Experience! On July 21 I had the pleasure of meeting Jacquline Walp. She helped my wife and I examine 3 or 4 new vehicles and test drive 2 of them. She took her time with us and didn't hurry us in any way! Jacquline explained each vehicle thoroughly and demonstrated how all the bells and whistles worked on each vehicle. I would recommend Jacquline Walp to anyone who wants to work with a truly professional sales person. She did all the little things right to make sure all of our questions were answered. How awful can it get? After buying my equinox from.these.people it was in the shop 7 times within the first year. All I got was a, I'm sorry.but there's nothing we can do. My 3 month old and I were stranded in 103° weather once and then again when she was 9 months we were stranded in -3° weather. After fighting it tooth and nail we basically only received 2 free oil changed only after already going over $1000 dollars in debt to.them in service charges not to.mention an oil change takes ov er an hour? My husband can do it in 20 minutes without all the shop.accessories. THIS PLACE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY More
