We thought service was outstanding ! We took our 2014 Terrain to Scholfield to do an add on Remote start/ keyless entry transmitter & had it installed.... They said it was to have taken 2 We took our 2014 Terrain to Scholfield to do an add on Remote start/ keyless entry transmitter & had it installed.... They said it was to have taken 2 hours - but ended up taking 4 hours . BUT ... They let us know they were having problems with our car accepting the program & said it would be a few more minutes ! And it was just a few more minutes once it accepted the program... They had offered hot drinks and a warm friendly waiting area .... Service was exceptional ! Our advisor was Eric Phillips - he took very good care of us !!!! Thanks again Schofield ! More

He helped us select the vehicle we wanted and worked out a deal that was great for both us and the dealership. We knew what vehicle we wanted, but since there were several in different colors and options, Mike worked with us on choosing the one that we wanted. This included test driving several and giving us several days to decide which one we wanted, which my wife was particular about what options and color she wanted.
