Scholfield Buick GMC takes the stress out of car buying. No one tries to sell you something you don't want or need; they ask you if you want something (options, accessories, extended warranties, etc) and a No one tries to sell you something you don't want or need; they ask you if you want something (options, accessories, extended warranties, etc) and are satisfied with the answer you give them, there is NO pressure whatsoever! It was a very relaxed environment and with the help of Mike Hauschild explaining all the options and packages, we built the car exactly as we wanted, nothing more, nothing less. He kept in contact w/us from the day we ordered til the day we picked it up. I think he was as happy for me as I was upon delivery. I will continue to recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car to visit their beautiful new facility! More

One should never advertise a truck online that is not ready to be sold. I have a limited amount of time but I drove by to look at a 2003 S10 that was listed on several websites just to find out it is sit ready to be sold. They are the people they take the used autos to when they need detailed. The truck was not available for showing and therefore lost a customer. NO sale here, and I wont go back to look at something they don't even have. What a waste of time, mine and there's. You should realize that it is very hard to sell something with that kind of business sense. It's not a good review so I just know they will reject it. More
I enjoyed the experience of buying a car from Roger Wedel and financing with Jeremy. They were so kind and helpful that it wasn't scary buying a car by myself, for the first time. My son, Scott, who did a lot of research for me about the Acadia, was very pleased with the deal that the sales department gave me. It was hard to let go of my Lincoln Navigator, because it was a retirement present from my late husband. They were very understanding about that. I felt like I could express my emotions about that. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, it happened to be my birthday, and they put a bow on my car, after my daughter called ahead to see if they could do that. Roger took me back to the service aisle to surprise me. The service guys were standing there grinning and they were excited for me. My daughter came with me to get the car. When we met with Jeremy to get the loan, etc. he was so helpful and fun that it wasn't hard to understand what he was telling me. It is such a pleasure to buy a car and have the experience be a pleasure instead of a tense situation. Austin, in the service department, was so nice, too, when I brought my car in to get the Enviro Coat last weekend. Roger got me a rental car to drive. When I got home, in the rental car, I realized I had left my house key on the key ring and they already had the Acadia at the other building down the street, and Austin sent someone over there to get my house key so I could pick it up. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm looking forward to many years of great service at Scholfield. Thank you, Linda Lee. More

We met Roger on the lot while looking at the new Buick Verano. It was the coldest day so far in January but Roger unlocked the Verano and we sat and talked about the features. The next business day, Roger left before we arrived but two other salesmen assisted us and made me feel good because they acted like they wanted me to be there. One more time to view the vehicle and several phone calls to Roger and a deal was made. The entire experience was as good as it gets. Roger ensured the new vehicle was ready for us to drive off the lot. He went over necessary issues and even set up OnStar for us before we left. I will refer anyone interested in a vehicle to Roger Wedel. He made a good impression on my family and they agree with me that it was the best buying experience anyone could have had. Thanks Roger!!! I absolutely hate car buying but it was the best experience I have ever had. Our Salesperson (Jerry Stanfield)knew all about the SUV and the differences between models and options on each model. we were not given the deal we were promised and when we called them on it we felt they blew us off. We were promised no paper work fee and you pay extended warranty..It was to be hidden in the figures on called them on it we felt they blew us off. However Jasons way to deal with it is to cancel extended warranty and that is all he will do. That is not taking care of your customers and treating people right. You should send me a check for the warranty amount and paperwork fee amount and leave warranty in place. That my friend is good practice for customer satisfaction.We could have chosen many different dealerships but chose you,as we were lead to believe we were dealing with honest people who as gentelman stood by their word.We feel this is the fair and honest thing to do and anything less than, smells of fraud and dishonest business practices.We will expect a response from you as soon as possible .
