I contacted Scholfield Buick/GMC by Email late one evening with an inquiry. Although it was late evening I had a reply from Mike Hauschild, Internet Manager within thirty minutes. I stopped by the next morning and met and visited with Mike and then that afternoon took my wife to the dealership to look at some new Buicks. Mike was very professional and made us feel very relaxed and was patient in helping us make a decision. We finally decided to purchase a 2014 Buick Enclave. My wife, who is handicapped, felt that she could get into and out of the Enclave easier than a standard sedan. Mike Hauschild was very meticulous in the delivery process making sure to show us how everything operated and answering all questions. I've had it!!! It's time to cut my losses. I took my 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab truck to Scholfield GMC Wichita KS to get a second opinion on a very obvious popping noise that the vehicle is makin took my 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab truck to Scholfield GMC Wichita KS to get a second opinion on a very obvious popping noise that the vehicle is making. That was a nightmare. I'm not sure how the warranty works between the dealership and GM...but something isn't adding up...because it's as if the dealership did not give a xxxx about this concern. First of all the person I worked with Eric Phillips was very condescending. They say they can hear the noise but it takes a lot to make it happen. The mechanic had the xxxxx to write in his report that it only happens if I accelerate too fast. And the person that put this in the report didn't even do a ride along with me...in fact I never met him. His report was very over exaggerated. The tech that originally did a ride along wasn't even involved...even though he knows the truth. Are you kidding me!!! They were complete xxxxxxxx! The noise happens all the time at normal acceleration from a stop. I'm tempted to get an attorney to find out what my rights are in just making GM buy this vehicle back. I am extremely unhappy about this. Needless to say...I will never go back to Scholfield again. More

Terry Boone was very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with during our time at Scholfield, He was with us through the whole process and has even followed up with us to make sure things are still going gre with during our time at Scholfield, He was with us through the whole process and has even followed up with us to make sure things are still going great. Jeremy Watkins was also very helpful during the financing part of our day. Our first experience with the service department was not the best, they didn't seem to know who we were or what we were coming in for even though we had scheduled the appointment time earlier that week, they also expressed they weren't sure if our warranty would cover it or not(when we had already been told it would be taken care of). The vehicle stayed at the dealership all day and when we arrived to pick it up, they had not done anything. They reported the part we were needing was backordered and they would let us know when it was in. When asking about the other few concerns we had brought the vehicle in for, they reported that nothing seemed to be wrong. When Terry called to follow up on the vehicle and the items we wanted looked at, I explained the situation and he apologized and agreed to look into it. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and our vehicle was taken care of. We are very happy with our vehicle and I'm glad I made this purchase with Scholfield GMC :) More
