We were not decided on the make or model of vehicle we were looking for or whether used or new. We had purchased a used hyundai from bruce 5 years ago. Bruce again was very pleasant to deal with, let us decide the direction we wanted to go. We were able to test drive both a new buick and aused Hyundai. Both cars were very nice and the decision was not easy. Bruce gave us the time to determine the direction we wanted to go. We also were impressed how easy it was to trade in our Lincoln ( we did not have it along). At know time did we feel there was any hurry to get a deal done. Buick has a great product and we had a budget to stay in. The dealership did a great job of exploring all financing options. The options to lease or buy were presented to us with out any pressure either directions. Once we had made the deal we wanted the paperwork end of the process was very streamlined and all our questions were answered. We were surprised when the dealership had the new car ready for us to take home at the end of the process. We had expected to have to drive back up and finish the deal later in the week when we had the lincoln trade alomg. However we took the new buick home and dropped off the trade later in the week at our convenience. I found the car, a 2009 Pontiac G6 Convertible, on Autotrader.com. When I called to inquire about the car, the friendly Scholfield Buick GMC operator put me in contact with Sales representative Terry Autotrader.com. Terry was very helpful in answering questions over the phone, as I was calling from half way across the country. Once we settled on a fair price and trade in for my current car over several weeks,Terry Boone did a great job in making sure that all of the necessary paperwork (on my side and theirs) and the car itself were ready. We then settled on a date to make the transaction. The staff was very good in getting me in and out in a reasonable time with my purchase. Terry took the time to show me all of the features of the car and we took it for a test drive. Terry also took the time to help me get the Onstar subscription started before I left the dealership. I was very satisfied with their presentation of the car, the customer service during the visit, and the followup after the purchase. More

The Scholfield Brothers staff was amazing! Mike Hauschild, Jason Hess, Jeremy and the staff worked as a TEAM to help us. The price offered on my trade in (2003 Silverado LTD Diesel) was very fair. Picked the new vehicle up the next at the time as promised.
