My experience I hate going to dealers because they flock right to you as soon as you pull in but at scholefield they did not. The employees were so nice and even stayed late to help us with all of our questions. I would highly recommend buying a car from them! More

Very nice experience. Nathan was helpful without being push. Nathan came to greet us as we were checking out vehicles. He was very warm and outgoing. Jeremy Watkins also provided us with the same good service explaining the closing paper work........ using explanations we could understand. Now to the sevice department .......... we have used Scholfield sevice department for several years. It is the main reason we returned to buy our new Encore. Eric Phillips does and exceptional job proving customer service. More

I should have listened to my dad I recently bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Scholfield and it has not been a positive experience. First off, the first car that i wanted to buy was I recently bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Scholfield and it has not been a positive experience. First off, the first car that i wanted to buy was sold out from under me and the explanation i was given was first come, first served even though i had spoken to the salesman the day before and told him that i wanted to buy the car and asked what i needed to do to hold the vehicle until i could come in and i was told that i did not need to do anything. The next morning i get a phone call around 8:30 am telling me the car had been sold! I go to the dealership and meet with the salesman Rusty Burke and the used car sales manager Alan Spencer and after expressing my dissatisfaction with how things were handled, i was asked by Alan to let them attempt to make things right. He assured me that he could find another Lacrosse that would be to my liking. I get a call a few days later from Alan telling me that he believed that he found a car and he wanted to make sure i was still interested before he purchased it, i told him i was and he stated that he would call me when it arrived from Oklahoma. He calls me later that day and we set up a time for me to come in and look at the car. I go in and i like the car so i decide to purchase it. When i go in to take care of the paperwork i inquired about the second key to the vehicle and i was told that they would order another key for me if the other dealer did not have the spare. I bought my car October 8th of 2014 and i have yet to get my key! I have spoken to Rusty and Alan on at least six separate occasions regarding this situation and i have gone so far as to call to speak with the dealerships' sales manager Ronnie who was unavailable (of course) so i left a voice mail message that was not returned. While waiting for my key, i even referred the dealership to a co worker who bought a 2014 Buick Encore from Rusty and he received both sets of keys, but the spare did not work. My dad told me not to do business with Scholfield, i should have listened to him. I am very dissatisfied with the service that i have received from this dealership and i will not do business with them in the future nor will i give them anymore referrals. More
