I took my Dodge caravan in for a check engine light and the called and diagnosed it as a spark plug misfire. I was told new plugs could take care of it. Less than two hours later I get a call it was done a the called and diagnosed it as a spark plug misfire. I was told new plugs could take care of it. Less than two hours later I get a call it was done and my total bill was $752.83 for six new spark plugs. $159 to tell what was wrong and $381 labor to install six new plugs unbelievable. $131.70 for the plugs that you can buy for $9.95 each at N.A.P.A. or $18.95 at their own dealership online. I was charged $21.95 each. Then another $30 for shop supplies $2.71 for hazard waste $12.12 sales tax on the plugs. In all I was charged $540.60 in labor alone for six spark plugs. I would recommend that you consider taking your vehicle anywhere but there. Don't walk away run! More

Not Following Through I made an appointment on line and took my Jeep Compass there to have oil change and a couple of other normal services. But the main reason was to get the Radio fixed as it cuts in and out, I dropped it off at 3:45pm and the service writer said I would have to leave over night so a Tech could look at the radio. I picked it up the next day and asked what was wrong with the radio and both service writers got the deer in the headlights look and said no one had looked at the radio I was then asked if I put the request in the comments field on the request which I had and there comment was the Tech cannot see that field when looking at the RO. Why have the field if no one can see it? More
