Horrendous experience I've never had such an uneasy feeling at a dealership's service department in my life. The woman at the counter who takes your information was curt and had a condescending attitude. It's blatantly obvious that the employees there hate their job and do not want to be there. When you call to find out the status of your vehicle you are put on hold for long amounts of time and have to hang up and call back. When you need an appointment quickly for serious problems, you have to wait for 7-10 days. As for loaner cars, they promise you the moon in the showroom until you sign the bill of sale, then it's too xxxx bad when you cant obtain a loaner and they have your car tied up forever. When i picked up my car there was black grease on my steering wheel and console. Overall, the management there, or should I say the lack of management, should be held accountable for the actions of the employees and their disregard for the customers and their property. NEVER GOING BACK!!! More

Absolute Horror Purchased a brand new Lincoln in the fall. First month bring back to them because of a heavy bang in all wheel drive. They says its the way I drive. It got so bad brought it back a second time that's the way it drives is the response. 3rd time they did oil change and said it was fixed. 2 months ago they agree its bad, they had it for 2 weeks and I had to call them who said the are waiting for a response from FORD another 2 weeks I get it back. Within a month the problem returns. Send car back again and it takes the 6 days to call me to say it is a problem and they will send to a transmission shop and wait for a Ford approval again THERE A REASON WE HAVE LEMON LAWS There should also have one for dealers who not only can't fix their product but can't respond to customers who pay $70,000 for a car. Lincoln MKT from Bright Bay Lincoln worst car ever!! I have been passed around from dealer to dealer when thusxlemon was in the shop originally five weeks. I was told they would replace the car due to lemon law. That never happen. An engine, turbos and transmission later....I wS told I was wrong and a transmission was not needed. When I picked up on its next stay there when I picked it up it suddenly had the transmission replaced!! But now it was rebuilt with less miles because it was after the original warranty. When the car came in there was 1500 miles left on the warranty and I was told "it was close to the amount of mileage allowed??? Really if it had had a mule left it was covered. Since then I have been reminded about how ungrrateful I Sean for all that they have done for me st Wantagh Limcoln Hasset yes I still have this lemon!!! They told me I should sell it and get out of the car that would be nice to pass on this hunk of junk eciendive junk of junk I might add! Once they have your money they don't care. Ken the service manager at Bright Bay said there was nothing wrong with the car it sat at times for over five weeks at Bright Bsy. I am still waiting for the owner Mr. Curvjo to have the decency to return one of our calls!! He must still be on vacation as I was repeatedly told!! Bob the service manager at Hassett is the person who likes to point out how ungrateful I am for all that they have done for me!! I bought another warranty that I pay monthly in tip of my car payments because I never know when another major problem will happen - in addition to the motor, transmission and turbo there has been fuel injector work as well. I am fortunate to pay $600 a month for this unsafe mess!! How fortunate I am and the. To be told I am unappreciative!! Even corporate would not help first time in shoo over five weeks! It's been in longer than that - but it's my fault!! Don't buy Lincoln I never will again I traded in my Mercedes I had for 12 years that never had a issue to drive in this garbage!! Big mistake. Stay away!!! I have to say Kim at the service counter has always been as helpful and as she. An and very friendly to me!! Than you Kim!!! More

Truck service doesn't know what they're doing I've brought my truck to Hasset Ford for three separate problems, each time I've had to bring my truck back at least two more times because they clear I've brought my truck to Hasset Ford for three separate problems, each time I've had to bring my truck back at least two more times because they clearly don't resolve the issue. I am pretty sure they just say they looked at the truck because nothing has been resolved. The girl behind the counter is absolutely rude and they basically point the blame on you and pretend "they are here for you." I love my truck, but I do not recommend these horrible people who work at this location. And I highly suggest you take your truck to another location, they are 100% an utter disgrace and humiliation to the Ford industry. More
Be careful if you take your car for repairs My son took his car for headlight repairs that we suspected was a fuse issue. He was told the car needing an expensive service then they called back My son took his car for headlight repairs that we suspected was a fuse issue. He was told the car needing an expensive service then they called back with more issues. Although the car passed inspection the week before he was told he needed new front and rear brakes. Then they found more things wrong. My son was told the total would be around $1500. He agreed but when he went to pick up the car the bill was over $3000. He wasn't told that labor alone would be $1900 and that none of the repairs were covered under the bumper to bumper warranty he got when he bought the car less than a year ago. If he had known it would have been that expensive he would have put off some of the work. Needless to say we all feel that he was taken advantage of and would have appreciated some transparency. None of our family will ever do business there again. More
