I have no idea how this service department can have such good reviews. I called to bring in my Lincoln which I paid for a 7 year extended warranty from Ford with the car. I was told that I'm not going to get a loaner and then gave me a date that I can bring my car in for repairs. Today is May 6th, and I was told to bring car in on May 23rd. I have never been so amazed on how pathetic a service department be. I try to buy American products. Honestly have owned many makes os cars. The people at Ford should go to Hyundai, Honda, or Lexus and see how people should be treated. More
I would not even give them one star. They make you wait months for a loaner. They said they "fixed" my problem (noise went away) and when the problem came back, they replaced a part. There was a noise right afterwards and it turned out the part was defective. Now, the problem (or similar one) is back and a new issue as well and they refuse to service the car. That is AFTER they made and CONFIRMED an appointment with me-almost a week before. They also do not return calls when they say they will and generally are impossible to deal with. I would strongly recommend against using this dealership. More

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever. NEVER under any circumstances bring your car here for service or buy from this dealer. To make a very long story short - my husband's car stalled on NEVER under any circumstances bring your car here for service or buy from this dealer. To make a very long story short - my husband's car stalled on the highway and he brought his 2013 Subaru Crosstrek to Hassett because a friend told him that there was a recall on the spring valve (from 5 years ago, which we were never notified of). Vlad wanted to charge my husband a few thousand dollars to breakdown the engine, even though that was a requirement of the recall. We checked the VIN and his car was covered by the recall. My husband then called Subaru headquarters who sent a tech supervisor to investigate the situation. The tech supervisor said the problem was due to the recall so the engine breakdown was covered. The tech supervisor said the "rocker arm had come loose from excessive lash, but was tied to the recall issue," and also added that there was no other damage. Hassett was forced by Subaru to preform the recall fix. My husband picked up his car (we live 2 miles from Hassett) and the very next day the car wouldn't accelerate and was constantly misfiring. My husband brought the car back to Hassett. The tech supervisor came out again to investigate, this time there was additional damage to the cam shaft (which was not there before Hassett worked on the car). Hassett told Subaru headquarters that there was a preexisting issue with the car (which was totally false). As a result Subaru would not cover the cost to fix the problem that Hassett caused. Thanks to Hassett lying to Subaru headquarters we have a car that doesn't run and can't afford a new one. This entire process (which Hassett prolonged) took over 2 months (my husband had to borrow cars to get to work for over 2 months). More

Had a very bad experience with service. Then I was told that the Service Manager Kyle would call me back on Monday, (yesterday). It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting. I brought my Ford 2020 explorer on November 13, 2022. I had appointment 10:30am. I dropped off 8:30am and left it. Valet guy does his round about vechicle and gives me a ticket. Doesnt say anything. For simple maintenance oil change, tire rotation, inspection, change windshield wipers. I got call from advisor 2pm my truck was complete. When I got there it wasn't busy and thd advisor I had in the morning so another advisor Alex help me checkout. He told me my vechicle was ready outside with valet. As I get outside my driver door is wide open and I didn't see valet guy. As I get to my vechicle I see a scuff mark on passenger side front bumper that wasn't there. I see valet guy he's stand against wall talk to another guy. I tell him this wasn't there. He said YES it was I check it off this morning on sheet. I tell him again this wasn't here. Valet guy tells me go inside to advisor. He was so nasty and unpolite. I go back inside and I spoke with Alex the advisor. I told him someone hit my vechicle and maybe they can check security cameras. He tells me to wait to the other advisor is off phone and that he's just filling in today. I wait about 5- 10 minutes. The advisor gets off phone and goes to parts dept. Talking to them. Alex reminds him I waiting for him. While waiting i go back outside and see valet guy. I apologize to him saying im not blaming you maybe it got hit in parking lot. Now the valet guy says to me. Sir maybe like me you need GLASSES!!! I SAY EXCUSE ME!!! I DONT NEED GLASSES... valet guys says what now your blaming my bodyshop guys for hitting it. I go back inside to customers service desk. The advisor alex tells him Mr. Gleason vechicle got hit on front bumper passenger side. It wasn't there this morning. I tell him drivers side had damage I knew about from previous week not passenger side. The advisor bring my paperwork to show me from valet and driverside has a couple of lines and it looked like passenger side barely had a line. He said I sign off. I said valet guy never told me and I thought I was signing off for work order. He said I'm sorry sir but that's what you signed for. I told him no one explained that to me.I ask him to come outside and see my vechicle. Now there was no other customers at all!! He tells me NO!! It's not necessary to look at your vechicle and that Kyle the service manager is off and he'll call you Monday. I waited til 11am no call. So I call him and get voicemail and leave a message. I now waited all day and no call. Now it's Tuesday 6pm. I finally get a call from Kyle he apologize but that not enough. I tell him my experience on saturday and with the valet guy. I ask him to check Surveillance cameras and he says unfortunately they don't work in the parking lot but I like to see your vechicle. I told him I been waiting for your call since Monday. Unfortunately my car went into bodyshop Monday as I had appointment a week ago. Kyle said he's sorry he just got my note now from advisor 2 days later. I said I'm sorry but I couldn't come there again for service. I felt so embarrassed, nobody cared about my concerns of my vechicle and the way the valet guy talk to me.... my worse experience ever!!!! More

I was offered two options come and pick up car make another appt for service or leave the car there over the weekend and perhaps it would get fixed sometime next week. Extremely bad business. When I arrived it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence no apology for wasting my time and car still not done . I would advise anyone considering them go at your own risk. I will move on and find a Ford Dealership that appreciates my business. More
