I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. The dealership was jammed due to all the lost cars in the area, but Mike kept us updated while his office process the deal, it did not seems to take as long as past deals did at other dealership.
