I don't think I have ever met anyone in sales that goes as above and beyond as he has done for us, truly. He was more than kind and genuine, and took all of our wants and needs into consideration. He listened to everything we had to say or had questions about, and was not pushy in any way. Jordan was so delightful to work with and has such a friendly demeanor and personality, we truly can't recommend him enough! We had our one year old son with us during each meeting and everyone was absolutely wonderful with him being there, making us feel so welcome. Jordan also took the time to walk us through the car, set up our mobile apps and make sure everything was in working order and that we understood all the features before we drove away. From top to bottom, such a wonderful experience! More

I felt others I spoken to were jaded fro I had contacted several Subaru dealers in the area and Rae was by far the most informative and eager to help. I felt others I spoken to were jaded from being in the business too long. Not only was she eager to help, she knew I was shopping around so she started off with the most competitive price as well. It kept me from going around dealer to dealer looking for the best deal because they put their best foot forward first. Rae was extremely professional the entire time through out the experience, yet personal and not pushy with anything. Very easy going and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Rae in the future and recommend her to friends and family. More

Great used car experience Went in for a used Lincoln. Salesman saw me on time and car was ready to be seen. Reasonably priced to start but did negotiate the price a bit. Then to the finance person, which was a pleasant experience. Offered warranties and when I refused no forceful sales tactics, no push as I have experienced in the past. Have to respect that they have a job to do and that it is sales but they did it very professionally. Car had some noises that were promised to be fixed before pick up and they were. All together one of the most pleasant car purchase experience I’ve ever had. More
