My Escape is Fixed. The problem - the ac leak at manifold - line was now leaking from the weld at the babble. Apparently resulted in a design flaw. From the moment I walked into the dealership they made me feel comfortable. Having practiced social distancing they still make you feel welcome. Upon delivery of the vehicle Jordan spent an appropriate amount of time to orient me with all of the personalized settings which needed to be set. He surely knows customer service. More
