I’ve been using this dealership since 2016, have leased from them and do all my service with them. They are fabulous to work with, accommodating schedules. Usually Hassett Subaru does very good work. The service people are friendly & thorough. They give you a coupon for a free carwash nearby. However, this last visit we had to leave our Forester overnight bec people are friendly & thorough. They give you a coupon for a free carwash nearby. However, this last visit we had to leave our Forester overnight bec they called to say they were having trouble installing the software update - the main reason we went to Hassett (we also got an oil change). The MySubaru/Starlink software continues to give an error message reading: “Not set up properly - contact help desk”. So we have to make an other call and perhaps take it in again … 12 miles away More
