Dealership is very nice, have a great layout with plenty cars/trucks to choose from. Jordan Shein was fantastic, I ordered the Bronco 4DR & as you know with covid there were delays but checking in with Jor cars/trucks to choose from. One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with.Most One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Most recently I spoke with Steve Kotler about ordering a new Lincoln . Gave him all the info he ne One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Most recently I spoke with Steve Kotler about ordering a new Lincoln . Gave him all the info he needed. And several times during the phone con I had to stop him from jumping in and speaking over me while I was still talking Anyway he told me he’d get back to me within 10 minutes with a quote - he never got back to me. Then a week later I got a voicemail from him asking me where I was on ordering a new vehicle when he never quoted me as promised - unprofessional, undisciplined and untrained . Two years prior I spoke with Alex or ordering a new car. He told me he’d call me back in two months when they started coming in and even made a note to himself on his pc to call me. He never called me, I then visited him and he said the vehicle I wanted wasn’t available after assuring me two months earlier that it would be. I was very unhappy about wasting 2 months and went to another dealership for a vehicle.! You cannot trust the sales force at Hassett And not only do they lack polish in their communication but they can be rude and disrespectful like Steve. Go to any other dealer and you’ll have a better experience. More
