Went to lease and finance a Crosstek and Forrester February 26th 2022. I knew which two vehicles I wanted and due to supply shortage etc. both were already gone. He offered me another Crosstek, not th February 26th 2022. I knew which two vehicles I wanted and due to supply shortage etc. both were already gone. He offered me another Crosstek, not the color or model I wanted but I was willing to buy it. He offered me it for 3k over MSRP. I told him I have a car to trade in and let us see what the best price he can give me. Offered me 509 a month for 72 months which was insane, I did the math on auto loan calculator and there was an extra 2k that he couldn't explain where it came from. He told me my math was WRONG. I told him I understood this was a sellers market but I still would like to not pay that much extra. He said "I was wrong, it is not a sellers market". I said what the xxxx you talking about, you are the seller, he goes "oh yea right." So I said I need to know what best price he can give me and then I am going to go to Hicksville Subaru and compare, he said that is the best deal he could. I said okay, can you tell me how much I can get for the trade in, he said he would have to have someone look at the car first, but unless I am going to buy now from him, it would be a waste. I said I need to know how much you will give me so I can compare, but okay??? I left that place laughing, this guy doesn't want to sell me two vehicles obviously. Went to Mazda of Valley Stream same day and and got new CX30 Carbon edition all the bells and whistles for 5k left than his offer for Subaru Crosstek sport. Alex is a joke. More

We weren't sure we would lease due to the lack of inventory and also our car was under mileage and in very good condition; but at the end of the day after going over the numbers and seeing we were spending about the same on a 3-year-old car vs. a brand new 2022 lease. It was a little scary to agree to ordering a 2022 without any available to see but Jordan knew what appealed to us in a car and he nailed it with our order. We also recommend the service department, very accommodating with their appointments and very professional as well! More
