My truck went in for a repair of a manufacturing defect and as of today has been in their shop for 19 days. Seems they are nice when it come to taking your money but they can care less that you are without and as of today has been in their shop for 19 days. Their service department managed to screw up a job that the corporate office told was a repair that has step by step instructions. Not to mention they took four day to duplicate test results that took the shop I took the truck to in the first place a day to do. More
