I have been on Buicks' monthly E-Mail newsletter for the past year and had been getting updates about the coming 2011 Buick Regal. I liked what I saw. I checked with Edmonds.Com to see what the experts reviews' were like, and I liked what I saw. Fooling around, I played with Edmonds.Com in building my dream Regal, and seeing what the true market price for it should be. The end of February, I was in the market for a new car, and visited Haselwoods'online site and saw the Regal I wanted, including the color. I visited their dealership and viewed the car on the showroom floor and fell in love with it, however I went and bought another new car from a different manufacturer. I could not get that Regal out of my mind, and two weeks later on line I made an initial offer on it. The initial offer was not accepted, so I sat back and watched what happened on line and would sneak back occasionally to see what was happening to "MY CAR". On April 5th with printouts from Edmonds.com., I went back to Haselwoods' to see if I could get an acceptable deal. Mr. Raffaelli spotted me looking at the car and asked if he could help. I told him what the situation was, and he told me that if I in fact wanted that car today, and was in fact paying cash, he was sure I would be in that car shortly. Tony introduced me to Patrick Merrill who was to conduct the deal and paper work. Pat brought me some coffee, and we had a friendly chat while filling out the paperwork. While we were doing the paper work, Tony had the car cleaned and washed. Within and hour, I had my brand new 2011 Regal Turbo with the T07 package, not to mention a new Buick hat that Pat got for me. I have only had the car a few days, but have been totally happy with the way I've been treated, not to mention the performance of my new car. More
From Patrick, the salesman whose wife raised Shepherds but converted to Poodles, and our test drive that included an unexpected stop from the Kitsap Sheriff Department, to Shachrista, who honored a teleph but converted to Poodles, and our test drive that included an unexpected stop from the Kitsap Sheriff Department, to Shachrista, who honored a telephone quote on the white diamond tricoat LTZ with black leather interior and every option, to Dave the used car manager that gave me more for my Ridgeline than 2 other dealers, to Bobby who agreed to my price providing I spay his dog at a similar discount, to Bulldog that signed my 72 month free financing that kept my payment in line with what I had with the Ridgeline, it all came together so beautifully; it brought tears to my eyes. I got more truck for less money and the best deal compared to the 2 other dealers. I also received something more important than a good deal, I had a great experience and was treated with professionalism and courtesy from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off. More
This was where I bought my first car on my own. The sellers were great and went through all of the buyer paperwork with me step by step. no scams or hidden information. I asked for specifics such as a specific color and price range of a car and they worked with me to meet exactly all of my needs.I will definitely be going to them for my next car and would recommend them to anyone and I believe they would be a dealer shop that you will buy your first car from and will continue to go back to for years whenever you are looking to buy a new car. I walked into the Haselwood dealership for information about what car I should look for. A salesman named German immediately jumped to my side and was the greatest person I've had the pleasure of meeting. about what car I should look for. I came into the dealership with my father planning on helping him pick out a new GMC terrain, but when they had the exact avalanche I have been searching for, for myself, I found myself working with Tony helping him pick out a new GMC terrain, but when they had the exact avalanche I have been searching for, for myself, I found myself working with Tony and Brandon. They got me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I had talked to! They were very kind and generous. They were always checking in with me asking if I wanted them to cook me hotdogs or get me a soda or water. The check engine light came on the first day I had the truck, and it wasn't technically covered but they fixed it anyways. Tony also gave me some stuff I needed to hook up my trailer for free, so I didn't have to go out and buy it myself!. Tony and Brandon are TOP NOTCH! Thanks guys! More

Bought a new car. The price was good, due to rebates , but beware, Hazelwood is bad about not respecting Kelly Blue Book trade in value. They will try to snooker you into accepting thousands less on your but beware, Hazelwood is bad about not respecting Kelly Blue Book trade in value. They will try to snooker you into accepting thousands less on your trade-in than Kelly Blue Book says it is worth, even after you show them you know the Kelly Blue Book value as I did. The salesman tried all sorts of phoniness, saying my car would only get $2000 at auction, when Kelly Blue Book said it was worth $4500. I knew better and had to threaten to go to another dealer to finally get him to come up. I found that process to be rather unpleasant. On the good side, I did finally get a fairly good deal, and they weren't hard sell about extended warranties (which were way overpriced anyway and I didn't buy that). Overall, just and OK experience, and unfortunately I did have to go through some typical car salesman dishonesty. One more thing, Hazelwood is terrible about responding to your internet requests for a quote. I tried 3 times and got no response back. More

Tony offered helpful hints as to the best warranty to purchase with this car. He and his sales team made the purchase of my vehicle a very pleasant experience. I will definetly search out Tony when I purchase my next vehicle. I have to say, Tony Raffaelli was a man of his word. He has tremendous integrity, I will buy another car from him.
