Do not do business with this dealership. I recently bought a new car from them. The experience initially was ok. I was excited to get into my new car. I seemed to know more about the features of this c bought a new car from them. The experience initially was ok. I was excited to get into my new car. I seemed to know more about the features of this car than my salesperson. In his defense, he was new. I spent quite a bit of money on protection and warranty on this car and while the initial experience was ok, the experience they give you after you buy the car sucks. It’s almost as if they just want a one and done. We got what we wanted out of you and now we are just going to throw you away. I went back to get my paint and windshield protection done and after they had my car for a day, they call me up to say they don’t have anyone to finish it. Ok... then I go to return the rental car and the guy at the rental car place basically treats me like a leper because I didn’t want to wear a mask. I was ok with being outside to return the car but after I was done, they didn’t even offer to take me back down to the service shop so I walked down there in the freezing cold. Then, to top it off, this service writer throws me the keys and doesn’t even pull the car up. I’m expected to squeeze in between 2 cars to get mine out. Then, I even signed up for their insurance at their in house insurance agency. They assured me that they would cancel my current insurance would be cancelled. I even called back to make sure and they said yes. This was 3 weeks ago and the insurance is still not cancelled. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism and service is just astounding. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND BUY A CAR HERE. I will be taking my service business across the bridge and recommending all my friends and family to do the same. #boycotthaselwood More
