I came to your dealership looking for one thing and found something better. Apparently, I was the first sale for Gabriel, a new employee, earning his wings and seemingly selected to show me around beca found something better. Apparently, I was the first sale for Gabriel, a new employee, earning his wings and seemingly selected to show me around because I was, at the time, shopping for a used truck. My finding my ideal truck meant more of a trial as a learning experience for myself and Gabriel. Gabriel enlisted Kallista Denton to help him with the computer filing of documents for the sale. They worked well together despite moving from desk to desk on a sales floor crowded from a holiday event. My entire purchase, including finding the truck, driving it, completing paperwork and financing with Davids help took seven hours. A long time certainly, but I actually liked that Gabriel was clear that he was learning, Kallista was instructing and I was well attended to while the deal went through and I never felt pressured or rushed. All of my questions were answered and my transition from truck to truck went smoothly. All in all, the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. My thanks to David in financing as well, a man who must spend many busy days in a loud fish bowl, while a party went on just outside his office, and yet, never missed a correction or signature.
