Wife and I bought a used Ford Escape. Drove 6,000 miles. Now we are paying $6000 for a transmission repair because evidently in that 6000 miles in 3 months it was our driving that messed Drove 6,000 miles. Nice people but should do the right thing when it comes to teachers and members of the community. I would not buy here again as you would think that you would not have major issues in 3 months. It is not about an extended warranty which adds a good chunk onto a vehicle, but a company realizing that there is a right thing to do when something happens with so few miles. You expect a dealership that would sell you a vehicle that is not going to cost you 6k before 4 months of driving back and forth to school. More
