Time Spent The past two times I’ve been here to get my car serviced it’s taken 2-3 hours for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. I came in yesterday (Thursday February 1st) at 8:45 for my 9 am appointment. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I didn’t end up leaving until 10:50. Not once did anyone tell me sorry for the wait or give me an explanation for why it took so long. More
