Recently had a transmission problem. They got right on it and they thought they new what was needed based on previous service notices. Was recently in a car accident that left my compact SUV totaled. In this market I was panicked that I would be able to find something in budget that didn't feel like junk. After spending all Saturday at different dealerships leaving more and more down after each one, we stopped into Hartnell and talked with Randy. He was absolutely fabulous. After a day of no one listening to what I was saying, and worse talking down to me like I didn't understand finance or how cars worked, it was a breath of fresh air. I slept on my options and called first thing Monday morning, John and Randy were able to gather all my data over the phone to have everything ready for me when I walked in.
