A new Silverado showed up on the delivery truck and they called to let me know. It was exactly what I needed and while another dealer may have showed me a pricier vehicle, they knew what really 'fit' me. Also - I would like to recommend that Mark lead the service department as he's alway available for a question and is undeniably knowledgeable about ANY product or feature that you may have a question about. They explain the work they do clearly for me to understand and do not do more than what is needed for the problem/issue. Purchase of new Silverado wt regular cab This was my first time in dealing with Hartnell. The salesman, Craig, was very out going and very knowledgable of the truck I bought. This all started with an e-mail through the GM buying program. Craig went through the pro's and con's of the truck I was interested in. He explained the convenience package that was on the truck. He pointed out why a bedliner and mudflaps were a good idea. He went through the pricing procedure and even found a USAA/GM Rebate that I was entitled too. That was a good find. When I picked up the truck, he went over all the information regarding it. Especially all the dashboard controls. It was a pleasure doing business with Craig as he represented Hartnell Chevrolet. When I'm looking for my next vehicle, Harnell will be my first stop. More

Great Purchasing Experience We recently needed to purchase a new used vehicle. We did our homework and shopped online, then did many drive by views to see if what we saw online matched how the actual vehicle looked. We ended up going to a dealership we had done business with before and had a very good comfort level. Hartnell Chevrolet provide us with solid information on the vehicles we were interested in, provided us with other options that could meet our needs, and once the choice was made worked very hard to get us into the vehicle we selected with more options than we originally hoped we could afford. The entire operation from the beginning to end just flowed. Sales was extremely helpful getting us into a vehicle better than we originally thought we could afford, service got the vehicle ready in a snap(once we decided we wanted it now) and finance got us a great deal, great rate and suggested optional warranty programs that also fit into our budget.
