Ben was extremely knowledgeable, and was very patient with our concerns. He wasn’t pushy, and we never felt pressured whatsoever. We went to four other dealerships in the area the same weekend, and Hartford Toyota was head and shoulders better than any other. The professionalism and willingness to help from the entire staff- starting with the receptionist, Emarkh as an extra sales rep, and all the way to Bri in the financial office- was second to none.
