My GTR was due for its 12 month service including engine oil & filter, turbo balancing, etc. Immediately upon arriving at Harte, I was greeted by several service personnel all of whom treated me as though oil & filter, turbo balancing, etc. Immediately upon arriving at Harte, I was greeted by several service personnel all of whom treated me as though I was a family member. I am not exaggerating. Very soon I was offered my choice of using a new Maxima, or a ride to my parents home in nearby Windsor, or just hang around. So I chose to borrow the Maxima and left for my parents home. When I was notified that my GTR was ready, I went back and found my car not only ready from the service but also cleaned in and out. I was a happy person. I was very impressed with the fair price for the oil and filter which were the only cost to me for the service which did include much more in terms of labor. Cleanliness everywhere at Harte was also evident. I would definitely recommend Harte Nissan to anyone. My rating here has been honest and not exaggerated. Regards - Bob Allevo More
