At Harte Nissan honesty is there number 1 priorty and Lincoln, the General Sales Manager goes out of his way to make sure that he does whatever he can to ensure you get what you want. The person that helped me (Phillip) was very polite and informative. While typing in the pertinent information, he talked to me about many features on my car that I was not yet aware of. In good faith Nissan corporation paid for my parts for this job and I had to pay for the labor so it all worked out well. I really appreciate what nissan has done for me and I look forward to servcing with them in the future. I want to thank Sylvester and Damion for providing excellent customer service every time I come to have my car service and I also got my car back that same day although they provide me with a rental. My GTR was due for its 12 month service including engine oil & filter, turbo balancing, etc. Immediately upon arriving at Harte, I was greeted by several service personnel all of whom treated me as though oil & filter, turbo balancing, etc. Immediately upon arriving at Harte, I was greeted by several service personnel all of whom treated me as though I was a family member. I am not exaggerating. Very soon I was offered my choice of using a new Maxima, or a ride to my parents home in nearby Windsor, or just hang around. So I chose to borrow the Maxima and left for my parents home. When I was notified that my GTR was ready, I went back and found my car not only ready from the service but also cleaned in and out. I was a happy person. I was very impressed with the fair price for the oil and filter which were the only cost to me for the service which did include much more in terms of labor. Cleanliness everywhere at Harte was also evident. I would definitely recommend Harte Nissan to anyone. My rating here has been honest and not exaggerated. Regards - Bob Allevo More

I came for an oil change about a couple of weeks ago on a Friday morning. It was brought to my attention that I had several things that needed to be done. Most of what needed to be done was covered under war Friday morning. It was brought to my attention that I had several things that needed to be done. Most of what needed to be done was covered under warrently. I eft my car with Nissan on a Saturday and they had to order the parts for next week. On Monday I was told by Slyvester that they did a service job and found that my catayalic converted needed to be done. He expalin to me that I have 2 parts to the converted and the part that needed fix the warrently is up to 80,000 miles and my car has 97,000 miles and this service was a $1800 job. I was very upset due to not only I ahve warrently but purchase extended warrently and I thought it will be covered from that. He gave me the number to the corporation to call to see if can get this done through the "good faith". I spoke to a lady in customer service and explain my situation.She expalin tto me that this is covered under my extended warrently but I let her know what the dealership said and why this was not covered but she insist that it was covered under my warrently and to call the dealership back to take care of this. I called Slyvester to let him know what she said and I gave him a reference #. He contacted nissian for me but spoke to someone else and suggest that they take a look at this situation to see what can be done for me. William from nissan corporation got in touch with me to review the situation. He explain to me what was going on and sorry I was given false information by one of the customer service rep. He stated he will review it and call me in a couple of days. He called me back but I missed his called and we played phone tag for a couple of days not reaching each other. I finally contacted Nissan and spoke with Slyvester and he let me know through Damion the manager that he has good news. Nissan will coveed the parts and I have to pay for the labor. I was please about the response and I thank Slyvster for all the hard work he has done for me along with Damion. More
