I purchased my 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X from Hart Nissan of NOVA back in June 2021 and couldn't be happier with that purchase or the follow-on service I've received over the past 3+ years. I brought the truck into to the dealership today (9/14/24) for scheduled service and couldn't be happier with the experience, once again. The service assistant Aki was great, took care of the check in process efficiently and had my vehicle in the back quickly. The service mechanic did a great job and had me out the door in short order, maybe an hour and a half max. Today I was blessed to have a conversation with the owner, a wonderful man named Ed, and was able to express to him personally how much I appreciate his team and business. He gave me 10 minutes out of his busy day and it was refreshing. To those who find that strange, maybe you need to find a better dealership, one where the owner sets the tone for how the business will operate, treat its customers, and lives it every day. Thank you Ed for another great experience. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Hart Nissan in all these years, whether for a recall service or like today, service to make sure my vehicle remains in tip-top shape. I've probably brought the vehicle into them 5-6 times for reference, had multiple service assistants, multiple service technicians, and every time, excellent technical and customer service. I particularly appreciate their focus on the customer service part, as I am a customer service professional myself, Hart has always gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience, and I have always been satisfied by their work. Great job once again Hart. Thank you! More

Had a great conversation with Ed today at the dealership as my Titan was in for service. Ed took a good 10-15 minutes out of his day to chat with me about the dealership and my satisfaction with the experi as my Titan was in for service. Hart Nissan has done a fantastic job maintaining my vehicle since purchasing it there in June 2021. The purchase was a great experience as well, something you don't always hear about a dealership experience. I can understand why I'm so satisfied by the customer service I've received over these past years after speaking with Ed. He sets a tone, and the tone is very apparent across the organization, from sales, to finance, to service, and parts.
