My experience at Hart Nissan of NOVA was a pleasant experience. Throughout the entire process the entire staff was highly hospitable to my brother-in-law and myself. My salesman, Yovanni, ensured that I had a excellent experience, he was concerned about my needs and never pressured me into anything. He gave me enough time to think about my purchase and make the best decision. He also, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Rick was also very pleasant and worked very hard so that I was able to obtain the best rates that could apply to me, and worked along side Rafe so that end result was very close to what I wanted. I know I did not mention everyone but I am grateful to Hart Nissan of NOVA for the high attention to detail. More
