The worse experience Had my 2007 GMC Acadia towed into Hart. They broke the positive battery cable, said the body control module is fried. Asked for it to be diagnosed a Had my 2007 GMC Acadia towed into Hart. They broke the positive battery cable, said the body control module is fried. Asked for it to be diagnosed and was told it was 50.00. Okay. Then I receive a call stating the body control module was fried and about the positive battery cable. It was going to be 1800.00 to repair. So I said okay I will be down to pay the diagnosis fee and have it towed back home. Well the fee went up to 200.00. They left grease all over my vehicle, never put anything back together and broke clips etc. I called and they said they didn't have time.. ummm it was a couple hours notice. This was a horrible experience More

Over the years, I have found that all of the employees at Hart's are at the top of their game and ready to help in any way they can. This goes for the service folks as well as sales, I must also put in a good word for the "Greg the contract dude" he is also #1 when it comes to figuring out the $$$$$. My husband and I have purchased about 7 vehicles from Hart's, and believe me, we wouldn't be going back if the service and the sales persons there ( especially Kim !) weren't all first class. More

I walked into the dealership at 2:00 one afternoon -- and drove off the lot with my new Buick at 11:00 the next morning. Kim was a great salesperson and the financing manager was also very easy to work with. My experience with this dealership is that everyone from owner to office, sales, financing, and service staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. This was my fourth new car purchase and all my service work on all the cars has been done at Hart. I am a most satisfied customer. More
