This dealership had my truck in their shop for over 21 weeks between October 30th of 2024 and May 22nd of 2025, originally brought in for a simple timing chain replacement. They installed a brand new fact weeks between October 30th of 2024 and May 22nd of 2025, originally brought in for a simple timing chain replacement. They installed a brand new factory engine with a full 100K mile warranty (that I had to pay for!), and it still leaks oil and has the check engine light on. This is incredible that GMC factory certified mechanics at the GMC dealership can't fix the problems on a GMC truck, after over five months of working on it. GMC customer service says they cant help in any way, that I am responsible to pay for any further work. So to get this straight, a factory certified GMC mechanic at a GMC dealership installed a brand new factory motor with a 100,000 mile full factory warranty, and since I got it back the check engine light has stayed on, and it leaks oil every day, I had to add more than two quarts between oil changes, but I should pay for that. I am going to take the truck somewhere else and pay another mechanic to fix all of the problems created by the factory certified mechanics at the dealership. More
This is absolutely the worst place! They NEVER return a phone call, NEVER respond to an email and will happily keep you waiting for months for a part. AND if you go in there to ask what's going on the front of the desk women will act as if you're inconveniencing them. After waiting months i gave up. I called Veteran's Collision, who answer the phone, and they got me in with in 2 weeks!! More
