We purchased our Denali from Harry in 2013 and have used the service department for everything. Always happy staff and they are excellent at what they do. Always a great experience. Recently I have visited the Body Shop due to an accident that was not my fault. The staff in the body shop are wonderful people and very helpful. Michelle, Dustin and Candy have made the process of repair so much easier for me. They are very helpful in explaining the process. It really helps to have people that actually care and take the time to explain everything. This entire dealership is a 5 star place!!!!! Thankful to have Harry and his wonderful staff! More

I'll never be back to Harry Robinson. 2. Mike , in the Body Shop, was not honest about the damage he said was done by concrete: I hit a fawn, there's no concrete on the road. I have pictures he did not want to see. 3. The car was due Jan. 28. No phone call, no car, not service, dealership, body shop let me know where my vehicle was. "Mike" left for an emergency leaving me with an emergency as I have a mother in hospice and a cousin in Chemotherapy that I was responsible for taking to treatment and no car. If the DEALERSHIP had notified me, therefore MIKE or SOMEONE, I could have made other arrangements. My cousin had to be admitted to the hospital because of Friday and REMAINS there, as MY CAR remains at Harry Robinson. 4. The General Manager and I quote " what do you want me to do, run around to every department and find your car? We always make appointments a month out." I was told it was lack of parts. This dealership does not communicate with customers or care about their " emergencies " or how rude they are or untruthful, especially the General Manager. Everetts GMC ranks a 5 Star and WILL have my business going forward. More
