About 2 weeks ago I call and scheduled a repair on an issue that is common with my car. I have previously had it repaired but it is now doing the same thing again and has to be repaired again. When I arrived at 7:30 am they took my car back and shortly the service guy comes and tells me my car is no longer under warranty. I told him that I was pretty sure we had purchased an extended warranty (we had not purchased this vehicle at this dealership). He tells me he will look in my glove box for any information. He comes back and tells me he can't find anything. I begin to make calls. After a lot of run around because most places don't open until 9. I finally found my information, gave the company name and my contract number to the service guy. It was about 9:15 and I felt my repair was well on its way. At about 12 noon, he comes out to tell me my repair has been approved and they are hooking it up to find the piece that needs to be replaced. WAIT!! What!!! What were they doing from 9:15 to 12???? At 3:00 I go and ask if the repair will be completed today. He says yes they need about another hour. Most internet searches point out that this repair is about a 2 hour repair. At about 4;30 I am finally sent on my way. When I get to my car, I check my glove box....Guess what is right on top???Yes!! My extended warranty information. Why he couldn't find It I still don't know. What they did from 9 to 12, I still don't know. I do know that I spent 9 HOURS in the waiting room for a repair that should have taken 2 maybe 3..... More
I just had the absolute WORST experience with Colton Montgomery the Service advisor from Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I came in yesterday to see what was wrong with my breaks. They had me wait an hour and THEN told me it was a leak in an axle and it would take them about 2 hours to fix if I wanted it done.He said my warranty would cover $800 of it and I would hAve to end up paying about $200. I wasn’t able to get it done yesterday so I scheduled an appointment for today at 10 am to get it done. They had given me a timeframe of 2 hours. It is now 2:48in the afternoon and I am still here no updates or ANYTHING. Hunter Means comes out to update someone else about their car and doesn’t even acknowledge I’m sitting there. So I ask him how everything is going with my truck. He tells me he will go check and let me know. After waiting 30 min, I finally go and check on what’s Going on and he said he was finishing up the paperwork. He’s gonna tell me I have to pay $365.00 out of pocket! Idk what changed from yesterday but if it’s such a drastic change in price, they should have at LEAST given me an update or options or SOMETHING. Then I got to talk to Alexis Brown and she helped straighten everything out. I’m so happy she was there to help us with a very stressful situation More
We were on our way to New Mexico from Georgia and my Buick Enclave started hopping along with my screen showing traction off. Despite my trying to turn it on, we still hopped along. Was greeted quickly. Shown to the waiting room where snacks and coffee were provided. After about two hours of being worked in to an already filled schedule, Randy Jones came to give us the bad news. His face was sympathetic before he opened his mouth. We needed a new motor, something about a disabled piston and we would never make it to New Mexico. We trusted him immediately. He called Hertz and arranged for a rental similar to what we had. He had Tristan or similar name drive my husband and me to Hertz. The people in the service department helped us move all our baggage to the rental. He texted us several times to apprise us about the vehicle. I trusted him so much that I told him to see if we needed tires. He sent pictures of my tires to show me. We could have never asked for better treatment than we got at Harry Robinson’s. I was very happy also that I had purchased extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Harry Robinson is very fortunate to have Randy Jones representing him and his company. Kudos also to Colton Montgomery who was a pleasure to deal with regarding the financial aspect. More

Even though my truck is a Chevrolet, they fixed my back glass that was leaking and fixed a few recalls. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
