I have purchased four vehicles with Harry Robinson Buick GMC in Fort Smith Arkansas and every time it has been an excellent experience! This is my secong Yukon XL I have purchased from Harry Robinson. I am extremely please with the deal I have gotten. They are honest. They keep their word on the deal we made even after they figured out t Robinson. I am extremely please with the deal I have gotten. They are honest. They keep their word on the deal we made even after they figured out they qouted me the wrong vehicle price in my favor. They had under qouted me so the deal was really to good to be true. But since it was thier mistake they kept their word on the deal. I plan on buying my next vehicle here as well. Also they are the only people I let service my first Yukon XL. The service department done a great job for us as well on my last Yukon XL. We will continue this path for us. Good people. Great service! Our experience with this dealership was very good because of the work of Chris Wilson and the sales manager Scott. After a price was agreed to by phone and upon arriving at the dealership to close the deal of the work of Chris Wilson and the sales manager Scott. After a price was agreed to by phone and upon arriving at the dealership to close the deal we were informed that the price was going to be 750 higher than agreed to. We left the dealership very upset, but the next day Chris Wilson along with the help of Scott the sales manger and after several calls from Chris we were able to agree on a price that we could accept. We returned to the dealership and purchased the truck. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was at Harry Robinson just looking for a new suv. Me and my parents were still in our vehicle driving around the lot. Chris met us at our car and confined me with his frie just looking for a new suv. Me and my parents were still in our vehicle driving around the lot. Chris met us at our car and confined me with his friendly attitude to look at vehicles. He helped find the vehicle I want and before I knew I was convinced to go ahead and sign the deal.
