I went in to look at SUV's. Mart Hurst introducted himself and asked if he could assist me. Mart showed and described suv's available, he was able to answer my questions when showing the vehicle's. Mart has kept in contact with me in case I had questions on the vehicle and I have called him to ask a question. Knowing I can call and ask questions about my Terrain is great. I, also made a trip in and Mart took the time to refresh my memory on the interior menu. I own a 1986 Chevy pu, 1995 Chevy pu, 2003 Buick all of which are basic, my new Terrian is more deluxe and very nice.
