Excellent Service I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from Harry Robinson in Fort Smith......my salesman was Jack Dean and from the first time i met him he made me f I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from Harry Robinson in Fort Smith......my salesman was Jack Dean and from the first time i met him he made me feel like i was an old friend come to visit....he was very patient with me while i was trying to make up my mind on what kind of vehicle i was wanting to buy and when i had made my decision i feel he gave me the best deal that could be made on this truck.....sometimes buy a new vehicle can be very stressful, but Jack made me feel very at ease....i also so ordered a bedliner and side steps for this truck and they were very fast at putting those on for me so i wouldn't have to wait.....Thank You Jack Dean and all the team at Harry Robinson ....Signed One Very Happy Customer More

Best Dealership Ever Mart Hurst just helped me find a fourth vehicle. As my family's needs have changed, Mart has been there each time to help us find the vehicle we need. Mart Hurst just helped me find a fourth vehicle. As my family's needs have changed, Mart has been there each time to help us find the vehicle we need. We moved out of the Fort Smith area last year. I visited one dealership this spring and knew after only a few moments that I was going back to Fort Smith and dealing only with Harry Robinson and Mart Hurst. Customer service should be defined by the example I have experienced with Mart and Harry Robinson. I will always buy my vehicles from these guys. They are as good as it gets. More
