I would recommend Harry Browns dealership to all my friends. The staff are friendly, helpful and positive. I have worked the most with Josh. Josh always has a positive attitude and friendly approach. He has great customer service when working 1 on 1 and when returning a call. He called me back with in 30 minutes and informed me of the information I needed. I would highly recommend Harry Browns Service Department. I have had several issues with my Chrysler Pacifica. Josh at Harry Browns was very helpful at getting my car in right away and working out a loaner v I have had several issues with my Chrysler Pacifica. I can definitely say that I felt like Josh went above and beyond to make sure all of the issues with my vehicle were resolved. One of the best perks was that he always made sure I had an nice vehicle to drive while my car was in. Great sales service for a great truck. Terrific price with lost of bells and whistles included at almost no cost. Harry Browns has a customer for life with me. The whole process was less than three hours with lost of bells and whistles included at almost no cost. Harry Browns has a customer for life with me. The whole process was less than three hours from the time of walk in to final signature. There process is speedy and with a concern for my time but yet validating along the way if there were any concerns or questions that needed to be answered before continuing. I am not a first time buyer and I can say any one could purchase a car from Harry Browns and drive away knowing that got the best deal for the money and feel confident there decision was not a bad one. Mike, last week while in Florida, I was informed of a family emergency in Texas. On Friday, I flew back to MN from Florida and was needing to get on the road for Texas upon my arrival to Faribault. On the way from the airport, I recalled a headlight out on my vehicle. I then called my wife to see if she could get it over to Harry Brown’s so it would be ready when I arrived in town so I could begin my trip to Texas without any further delay. My wife drove to Harry Brown’s and arrived at the service department either just prior to closing time or shortly thereafter. A few of the mechanics were scrambling to determine exactly what needed to be done and thought it would take a minimum of 30 minutes to install the new headlight. Brad jumped in and assured Carol they would get it done as quickly as possible and offered to let her use the service van to drive back home as she was helping my parents prepare for the trip to Texas. Within 15 minutes, Brad called back and said everything was ready to go. He explained the vehicle was ready and the keys were under the mat. She could come by at her convenience to drop off the service van and pick up our vehicle. All this after the service department was closed. During a time of much anxiety, Brad and the rest of the service team really stepped up to the plate and helped ease some of that anxiety for our family. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Brad and the rest of the team for a great act of customer service above and beyond. The effort was greatly appreciated and thoroughly impressed my out of town parents as well!! More
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys are great. Very thorough in explaining issues. I wasn't clear on a specific part on my car and Josh brought me right out to the vehicle went over everything with me thorough in explaining issues. I have never had that happen anywhere! I was also very suprised when Josh informed me the dealership was very competative in tire service. It was true! I sent 5 people there for tires after that! Who would have known that a dealership was competative? So a big thanks to Josh and Roger for a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back! More

Since I was from out of town, I had a lot of my discussions via email and when I got to the dealership over the weekend, I was dealing with another sales person. For them most part I had a great experience, but I was shocked to find out that the car I negotiated on via email, etc. had over 2000 more miles on it than was advertised on your website (and was confirmed to me via email). In the end I didn't make a big deal of it, but buyers remorse makes me feel as if that was a significant difference in what I had expected and I should have further negotiated the vehicle or walked away (since it was made clear to me the day I came that Harry Brown's had already come down significantly on the price of the vehicle). Dick followed up numerous times both in email and phone to make sure everything was in order and that I was happy with my truck. The Harry Brown Family Automotive made the differance for me. Helpful, kind and honest. I also had a chance to visit the service department as my trade in needed some attention. Jessica was very helpful getting my vehicle in and out even though it wasn't scheduled. The service department answered all my questioned and the estimate she wrote was right on the mark. Not Harry Browns fault, but I am missing a few items. However, I had a full tank of gas - not anticipating a decision that day. Harry Browns refused to fill my new (used) vehicle with gas upon my departure. Thought this was ridiculous (only fair in my estimation). Minor detail, but one that stuck with me. 2. finance manager was clearly incented by extended warranty. We spent way too much time and energy on this aspect of the agreement. This felt like we were buying into a time share. Sour apples on that note, but believe intentions were good. All in all - solid staff, process, and professionalism. Dick was great. Other than that, nothing that stood out as a differential good or bad from other dealers I have worked with. Love my new truck.
