The guys at harry browns were excellent. I don't like to sit around and wait. I had a GREAT experience at Harry Brown's. Mike Hruby was referred to me by my Dad. Upon arriving initially at the dealership I was immediately greeted outside, was directed to Mike's office and my need was referred to me by my Dad. Upon arriving initially at the dealership I was immediately greeted outside, was directed to Mike's office and my needs were immediately addressed. There was a specific vehicle I was looking for and Chad helped to find it in NE. Mike did an exceptional job calling me and following up when he said he would. I felt the deal was fair and honest. Once the deal was agreed to, the vehicle was retrieved and the deal was closed within 2 days. Time is always of the essence and everyone did a great job be aware of that. I really appreciated the time Mike took to show me around the dealership and introduce me to people, show me the service dept., walk me through the services offered and then taking the time to go through all the features on my new vehicle the day I picked it up.
