WE HAVEN'T BOUGHT A NEW CAR IN OVER TEN YEARS AND A LOT HAS CHANGED IN THE INDUSTRY SINCE THEN. DAVE DID A GREAT JOB BRINGING US UP TO SPEED SO OUR EXPECTATIONS COULD BE MET. THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO GET THE VEHICLE WITH THE OPTIONS WE DESIRED. DAVE AND DALE WERE BOTH VERY KNOWLEDABLE IN THEIR FIELDS AND EXPLAINED EVERY ASPECT WITH GREAT DETAIL AND PROFESSIONALISM. NOW IF WE COULD HIRE A TUTOR TO TEACH THESE OLD FOLKS HOW TO MAKE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES WORK IT WOULD BE GREAT. NO NEED DAVE IS ON BOARD TO TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEED FROM HIM GOING FORWARD UNTIL OUR COMFORT LEVEL IS REACHED. Overall experience at Harry Brown's was very good. The individuals that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It had been years since I had purchased a vehicle and they explained the proces individuals that I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It had been years since I had purchased a vehicle and they explained the process in good detail and were able to assist me in getting an excellent deal on financing. The vehicle that I purchased cost a very reasonable amount and it was so nice to have a fair price from the get go and not have to worry about awkward negotiations. You can really tell the difference between sales people at commission-based dealerships and the ones at Harry Brown's. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The only downfall was that it took much longer than I expected to finalize the process once I arrived at the dealership. I had completed the financing application over the phone and notified them that I would have a trade-in. Despite this, it took nearly 2.5 hours to take a brief test drive, assess my trade-in, and complete paperwork. It was late afternoon and I had a long drive ahead of me, so if I could make a suggestion, it would be to discuss the additional options available for purchase (extended warranty, loan gap coverage, zurich shield, etc.) with the customer while the trade-in evaluation is being completed, as these two took up a significant portion of time. Other than that, a very efficient and enjoyable experience. The people at Harry Brown's really set them apart, and I look forward to referring family and friends to them. I left feeling great about the purchase that I made and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Harry Brown's who assisted me! Your customer service skills are exceptional! More
From start to finish, this was by far my best experience at a car dealership. I have shopped elsehwere before, and always felt pressured to buy something right away (even if it wasn't what I wanted or neede at a car dealership. I worked with Woody back in mid-November, and test drove a midsize truck. It wasn't the right choice for me (I was moving up from a small car, and thought that something smaller than a fullsize truck would suit my needs). When the right truck came along, I called on Woody again, and he came through in a big way. From the initial test drive to evaluating my trade-in, from working on the financing and paperwork with Heidi to coming back in for a ruick run-through of the features - Harry's came through for me, and I would gladly do business with them again! The employees were helpful and pleasant. They worked with me to find the car with the features I wanted even though one was not in their inventory. Upon getting out of our vehicle we were greeted with professionalism and a very friendly disposition. We were up front told Carson what we wanted to see what our expectations were and he assisted us from there. We were under an extremely tight time frame and Heidi Thompson-Groves was very proficient at her job once we decided on our vehicle, were approved and needed to get the paperwork completed. Hiedi worked through our paperwork very thoroughly and professionally with us. She knows what she is doing, as did Carson. Service with the company was excellent when we returned for our detailing and zurich shielding the service department/detailing department was very friendly and timely with us during this visit. We are extremely happy with what we have seen, heard, and experienced thus far. We will definately refer our family and friends to Harry Brown's! More
THE VAN I bought was a great deal but I thought the customer service was not so good because I TOLD mike that I needed to be back to Lakefield by noon. Their was a problem with the van which I understood but the Van was ready to go and mike was out on a test drive with someone else and left us set and wait for him to come back and I finaly went out in the yard and found him and said the van was ready and we left.
