My husband and I have been looking around for a number of days, for a new economical car. We had been to three other dealerships and at the first two, we were not even acknowledged by any sales staff for at days, for a new economical car. We had been to three other dealerships and at the first two, we were not even acknowledged by any sales staff for at least 20 minutes. We had looked through all the new vehicles and were moving on to the used ones before anyone even said 'hello' to us. At Harry Browns in Faribault, my husband pulled into the parking lot and before he even parked the vehicle, a sales staff member was there just saying "hello" and if we had been working with a staff member or not (so he could go and find that staff member for us if we were working with someone else). Dave Wilson is a very enjoyable, honest salesperson. Whatever question I or my husband had, he answered it with all the sincerity and honesty he had. The finance department was very smooth.
