Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from Patricia Whitley - whose personality on the telephone I found to be obnoxious. I pointed out to her that I had request contact by email. She never apologized and continued to press me on the phone. This is the second negative experience I have had with the dealership regarding the purchase of a car. Harrisonburg Hyundai will never receive any of my business and I strongly suggest that consumers avoid dealerships, like Harrisonburg Hyundai, who disregard the requests of potential customers. More

I HAD been shopping for the best price on a 2013 Elantra either New or Certified. I had talked to internet sales reps from Southern PA to Richmond. I appreciated the fact that Patricia was completely opposite!! I received a courtesy call two days after the initial test drive. She was not pushing the sale down my throat and calling everyday. She gave me the space and time we needed to make a decision about the purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the van. She was able to answer all questions I had. Pat was wonderful. She explained things in the car I chose very carefully to me as I am not that bright when it comes to new technology in cars.
